Payroll Specialist

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple business units and ensure accurate, timely execution.
• Coordinate payroll activities with external providers and relevant stakeholders.
• Support contractor payment administration and workforce-related financial processes.
• Maintain payroll records and compliance with applicable regulations and policies.
• Partner with Finance and HR on employee lifecycle processes affecting payroll.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, support employees, and identify process-efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Experience processing payroll.
• Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage payroll processes across multiple entities.
• Strong operational mindset focused on accuracy and employee service.

Nice to have

• Experience working with contractors and external payroll vendors.
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, including payroll transitions or system and process integrations.
