Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $44,100–$62,850 annual base pay, with potential performance-based bonus and restricted stock unit awards.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of clients using hirify.global Ready payroll and workforce management services.
• Identify payroll issues, research causes, and provide accurate, effective solutions while ensuring compliance.
• Deliver customer support and foster strong client relationships.
• Write client emails and lead video meetings with clients and remote team members.
• Use Excel to create payroll import templates for clients.

Requirements

• Understanding of payroll processes, compliance requirements, and workforce management best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and a forward-thinking mindset.
• Ability to learn new information, systems, and processes quickly.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift throughout the day.

Nice to have

• Experience in payroll, customer service, account management, or HR-related support roles.
• Experience with hirify.global products or other payroll and workforce management platforms.
