Fraud Operations Program Manager (Fintech)

Location: Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Westlake, TX; or Lake Mary, FL, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Base pay: $93,000–$140,000 USD annually, depending on compensation zone. The role is also eligible for bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Act as the primary liaison between Fraud Operations, Product, Detection & Prevention, Engineering, BPO vendor partners, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Own launch readiness for products and initiatives affecting Fraud Operations, coordinating people, processes, technology, staffing, training, and workflow changes before go-live.
• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents and draft implementation and update memos.
• Manage reported Fraud Operations issues, drive root-cause resolution, and ensure timely closure.
• Partner with leadership and frontline agents to identify process gaps, define improvement initiatives, and maintain a focus on operational efficiency and readiness.
• Provide guidance to Fraud Operations and foster continuous improvement across initiatives spanning multiple teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent program and project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects involving stakeholders across business units.
• 5+ years of experience in Fraud Operations, Trust & Safety, or a related risk or operations discipline.
• Strong understanding of fraud typologies and operational workflows across products such as equities, crypto, and event contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical skills, attention to detail, and project management ability.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities, operate autonomously, drive execution, and favor automation over manual processes.
• Ability to build and sustain trust-based relationships with Product, Engineering, Detection & Prevention, BPO vendor partners, and frontline Fraud Operations agents, with a high level of responsiveness.
