Contract Operations Analyst

Location: Fully remote, based in any UK city.

What you will do

• Coordinate and allocate internal and external requests relating to customer and partner agreements.
• Manage the lifecycle of NDAs, framework customer agreements, SaaS agreements, schedules, quotations, statements of work, data protection agreements, and other transactional documents.
• Assist with creating and distributing Delivery Notices for hirify.global offerings and services.
• File executed agreements with relevant attributes linked to customer and partner accounts.
• Maintain account and contract data in Salesforce and the contract lifecycle management system.
• Provide project management support and contribute to CLM implementation updates.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a SaaS company or commercial environment is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent experience.
• High aptitude for creative problem solving and the ability to work and think independently.
• Excellent attention to detail; methodical, organized, and process driven.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and colleagues at all levels and facilitate cross-functional coordination.
• Ability to manage multiple matters under pressure and meet quarter-end and year-end timelines.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Salesforce, quote-to-cash systems, and CPQ processes.

Hiring process

• Within the first month, learn hirify.global’s contracting and workflow processes through shadowing and internal resources.
• Within three months, triage requests through Salesforce and Outlook, use the CLM tool, assist with implementation updates, execute quotes, and establish relationships with relevant teams.
