What you will do

• Lead large-scale technology enablement programs, data migrations, and projects from initiation through closeout.
• Establish outcomes, scope, governance, plans, milestones, resources, success measures, and integrated delivery plans across multiple workstreams.
• Monitor execution and performance, manage costs, risks, issues, dependencies, quality, and corrective actions.
• Analyze technical project information and data to identify constraints and risks and provide recommendations for leadership decisions.
• Align business, product, engineering, operations, finance, risk, security, vendors, clients, and external partners.
• Lead communications, training, adoption planning, transition to operations, reporting, quality control, and delivery governance.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives with significant organizational impact.
• Experience integrating scope, schedule, cost, resources, risks, dependencies, quality, and stakeholder commitments into executable delivery plans.
• Experience in financial technology, banking, payments, capital markets, or another highly regulated and operationally complex environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-support skills, including complex data analysis, feasibility assessment, and action recommendations.
• Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills across internal teams, clients, vendors, and external partners.
• Ability to work autonomously, determine methods for new assignments, and lead teams through ambiguous or challenging situations.
• A university degree in business, technology, project management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or an agile delivery credential.
• Experience with Jira, Aha!, Planview, executive status reporting, RAID management, and dependency tracking.
• Experience leading enterprise tooling, process governance, reporting, data, controls, or technology-adoption initiatives.
