Operations Enablement Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote US; remote-first within the United States. Occasional in-person work, onboarding, and travel may be required.

Base pay per year: $165,000–$225,000 in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT; $146,000–$206,000 in other U.S. states.

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional programs across Operations, Product, Engineering, Compliance, and external vendors.
• Define servicing strategies, program roadmaps, execution plans, KPIs, budgets, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish stakeholder governance and deliver executive-ready communications on program status, impact, and issues.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma, process mapping, and workflow analysis to improve quality, efficiency, compliance, and customer and agent experiences.
• Manage product and process changes end to end, including implementation, change management, adoption, and measurement.
• Build technical manuals, operational resources, knowledge systems, training programs, and AI-enabled tools for human and AI agents.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in program management or product operations, preferably in large-scale or global operations.
• At least 2–3 years of experience at a fintech or financial institution and 3+ years scaling operations while providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Subject-matter expertise in financial regulations including UCC, Reg E, Reg Z, Card Act, GLBA, UDAAP, and GDPR, with deep knowledge of dispute management rules, response codes, and recommended response data.
• Certification in Six Sigma, Project Management, or Design Thinking.
• Experience implementing and scaling knowledge management and training using Salesforce, Confluence, LMS platforms, or AI-driven knowledge tools.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional initiatives with strong execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong strategic planning, issue and risk management, cross-functional execution, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Proficiency in process mapping and workflow analysis.
• Experience designing business processes that improve end-user experience, reduce business risk, and increase workflow efficiency.
• Experience building workflows within a regulatory environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed for collaboration, operational priorities, and vendor or partner engagements.
