Senior Technical Business Analyst (HCM/UKG)

Location: Onsite in Chicago, Illinois, or Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA

Salary: $140,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Administer and provide functional subject matter expertise for SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG Workforce Management, UKG Workforce Central, and UKG Pro.
• Configure workforce policies, timekeeping, accruals, attendance, scheduling, labor activities, pay policies, reporting, and application building blocks.
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications, solution designs, technical documents, process documentation, and test plans.
• Design and implement enhancements, integrations, upgrades, patches, rollouts, testing, deployments, and post-production stabilization activities.
• Maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP ECC, UKG Pro, and UKG Workforce Management, including SAP Cloud Platform Integration integrations.
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues, manage incidents, support timekeeping devices, coordinate vendors and consultants, and maintain configuration and support documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information science, or a related field.
• Five to eight years of experience supporting UKG Workforce Management timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and accrual business processes.
• Two or more years of experience supporting SAP HCM modules.
• Two or more years of experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors modules.
• Experience planning and executing large or complex technology projects.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions.
• Experience supporting system implementations, application upgrades, testing, deployments, and production stabilization.
• Experience working with external software vendors, consultants, and application management service providers.
