Business Systems Analyst II (SAP HCM Payroll)

Location: Savannah or Ellabell, GA; 5-days onsite.

Base salary: $76,300–$99,200 per year.

What you will do

• Maintain and enhance SAP HCM, including U.S. Payroll and Time Management, and ensure accurate bi-weekly payroll execution.
• Review new employee information and validate payroll setup readiness.
• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional specification development, and end-user workshops.
• Resolve incidents, defects, and customization issues; monitor interfaces and data replication across platforms.
• Manage application enhancements, prepare integration test scenarios, support UAT, and maintain process and configuration documentation.
• Collaborate with HR teams, global partners, external service providers, and Korean headquarters while providing onsite support to key HR users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of SAP HCM configuration and support experience with a strong focus on U.S. Payroll.
• Hands-on experience in ERP project execution and management.
• Proficiency in SAP HR and Time Management modules.
• Strong understanding of U.S. payroll processes, rules, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and lead user workshops.

Nice to have

• Professional HR certification such as PHR.
• Experience working in manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with global HR processes and collaboration with Korean headquarters or international teams.
• Broader exposure to multi-country HCM processes or global payroll support.
