Senior Business Analyst (NetSuite)

What you will do

• Analyze, optimize, and evolve business processes and enterprise systems.
• Work with stakeholders, product teams, and technical specialists to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Support NetSuite-based processes, system enhancements, integrations, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Oversee research into customer needs and preferences and provide management with analyses and reports.
• Review inventory levels and production schedules to maintain product availability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of business analysis or related experience and 3+ years working with software products.
• At least 2 years of experience with NetSuite.
• Experience managing team backlogs, breaking down requirements, writing user stories, and validating customer needs.
• Knowledge of business operations, purchasing, inventory management, planning, and finance.
• Experience with Agile processes and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe, plus Jira.
• Strong project management, analytical, negotiation, organizational, management, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Experience creating user interface drafts.
• Business process modeling experience and knowledge of relevant notations and methodologies.
• Professional certifications such as CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or CPRE.
