Senior Business Analyst (NetSuite)

Location: USA

Salary: USD 130,000–150,000 per year

Work on a project for a non-profit organization providing financial education and professional certifications to investment specialists worldwide, supporting a community of more than 200,000 professionals and an ecosystem of over 100 business applications.

What you will do

• Analyze, optimize, and evolve business processes and enterprise systems supporting key organizational functions.
• Work with stakeholders, product teams, and technical specialists to gather requirements and define solutions.
• Support NetSuite-based processes, system enhancements, integrations, and operational efficiency improvements.
• Help oversee product marketing and promotion strategy planning, research customer needs, and review inventory levels and production schedules.
• Provide management with analyses and reports and respond to management questions and requests.

Requirements

• 4+ years of business analysis or related experience.
• 3+ years of experience working with software products and 2+ years of experience with NetSuite.
• Knowledge of business operations, purchasing, inventory management, planning, and finance is preferred.
• Knowledge of business and management principles and practices.
• Experience managing a team backlog, breaking down requirements, writing user stories, and validating customer needs.
• Project management and business analysis skills.
• Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile processes and tools, including Scrum, Kanban, and/or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), and Jira.

Nice to have

• Experience developing user interface drafts.
• Business process modeling experience, including relevant notations and methodologies.
• Professional certification such as CCBA, CBAP by IIBA, PMI-PBA by PMI, or CPRE by IREB.
