Content Management Analyst (Insurance)

Location: Hybrid in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, with attendance expected 8 days per month. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the recruitment process.

What you will do

• Research and analyze insurance statutory and regulatory requirements and translate findings into accurate, compliant, actionable product content.
• Monitor and document regulatory changes to keep product content current and aligned with applicable regulations.
• Support complex customer inquiries with regulatory guidance and collaborate with insurance departments, regulatory agencies, and other external stakeholders.
• Develop, enhance, maintain, and quality-review compliance products and regulatory content using internal systems and production tools.
• Analyze market, customer, and regulatory trends and recommend product, solution, and process improvements.
• Participate in cross-functional initiatives, prepare complex reports, build relationships with regulatory bodies, and provide coordination support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret and communicate complex regulatory information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word, digital research tools, and business applications.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, adaptable, and customer-focused mindset with the ability to respond effectively to changing business needs.
• Previous experience in insurance, compliance, legal research, or another regulated industry is an advantage.

• Professional insurance designations or a legal background.
