Location: Hybrid, with locations in Riga, Vilnius, Tallinn, Sofia, Sarajevo, Bucharest, and Barcelona; remote work is combined with office days.

Salary: EUR 1,800–2,400 gross per month, depending on experience, education, and skills.

What you will do

• Proofread content for compliance with brand and style guidelines.
• Edit content for spelling, grammar, punctuation, readability, consistent voice, and publishing standards.
• Research target audiences and align language and tone with their vocabulary and preferences.
• Ensure content follows SEO standards and aligns with search intent.
• Fact-check dates, statistics, references, and other published information.
• Collaborate with writers, content managers, stakeholders, and project teams to refine editorial calendars.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience editing short- and long-form content.
• Strong knowledge of content marketing principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in American English.
• Proficiency in editing and enhancing content with AI-powered tools.
• In-depth understanding of SEO best practices.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, research, time-management, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.

Hiring process
