Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid working model with remote work possible for up to 50% of working time. The websites operate 24/7, with department schedules extending until 2 AM.

What you will do
- Select and upload leagues, events, and markets according to local interest and legislation.
- Configure templates and define margins across providers and streams under the supervision of the Content Officer.
- Benchmark competitors' content and adapt the sportsbook offer across different sites.
- Monitor content availability, supplier odds changes, update latency, and overall content quality.
- Anticipate financial risk, analyze player behavior, and warn, restrict, or claw back funds from risky players where permitted by legislation.
- Configure homepages and widgets, translate betting content, test sites, report bugs, and collaborate with local teams, international teams, and external organizations.
Requirements
- Availability according to department schedules for 24/7 websites, including work until 2 AM.
- Good understanding of sports betting customers and competitors, plus mathematical and statistical logic.
- Interest in competitive sports, player behavioral logic, and the casino universe.
- Ethical, analytical, structured, thorough, and able to prioritize, listen, manage stress, and accept criticism.
- Autonomous and solution- and result-oriented, with creativity and a broad range of skills.
- Excellent spelling.
- English proficiency at least at B2 level.
