Working Student - Media Developer & Process Modeller (Accounting)

Location: Hybrid remote/office in Bucharest, Romania

What you will do

• Create and edit storytelling and instructional videos explaining accounting responsibilities, departmental activities, and key projects.
• Develop visual media assets, animations, and multimedia content; publish materials on internal platforms according to branding and quality standards.
• Document and model accounting processes by creating current-state process maps and workflow diagrams using available standard methodologies, including BIC Process House.
• Collaborate with accounting subject matter experts to gather information, validate process flows, and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Develop and maintain process documentation and reference materials for knowledge sharing, onboarding, and internal training.
• Manage a centralized repository of process models and documentation, keeping content organized, accurate, and accessible.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field.
• No formal work experience is required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong interest in business process analysis and digital media production, with willingness to learn accounting processes and concepts.

Nice to have

• University project work or a portfolio demonstrating process mapping or video creation skills.
• Familiarity with process modelling tools such as Visio, ARIS, or similar.
• Familiarity with video editing software such as Vyond or similar.
