Technology Governance Analyst

Location: Cluj-Napoca, Romania; hybrid, with at least three days per week in the office.

What you will do

• Support application teams in maintaining disaster recovery plans, critical application inventories, dependency mappings, business continuity plans, BIAs, recovery strategies, and event readiness documentation.
• Coordinate and facilitate disaster recovery exercises, track required artifacts, and validate evidence for audit readiness.
• Monitor application controls including access reviews, change management evidence, attestations, and configuration baselines; follow up on gaps and exceptions.
• Support vendor risk assessments by coordinating with application teams and the centralized Vendor Risk Management team.
• Maintain inventories, ownership records, control mappings, and compliance dashboards, and prepare governance reporting.

Requirements

• Around 5 years of relevant experience in controls, technology risk, compliance, audit, resiliency, or IT operations.
• Basic understanding of disaster recovery, business continuity, BIAs, and RTO/RPO concepts.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and written communication skills, attention to detail, and an audit-ready mindset.
• Familiarity with control compliance initiatives, evidence collection, or policy refresh programs.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.

Nice to have

• Experience engaging multiple application teams and influencing without direct authority.
• Experience with Planview EA, control dashboards, or structured documentation repositories.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
