Partner Marketing Manager

Location: Remote in Germany, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Spain, or the United Kingdom; visa sponsorship is available for Germany, while candidates in other countries must already have the right to work there.

What you will do

• Define the agency partner marketing strategy, including playbooks, investments, and target markets.
• Build and launch scalable, ready-to-run programs such as Event-in-a-Box kits, email and social campaigns, industry use-case campaigns, customer stories, and demand-generation playbooks.
• Create self-service programs with clear steps, editable templates, and localisable assets for agencies ranging from solo consultants to 50-person firms.
• Drive awareness and adoption of partner marketing programs through scaled communications.
• Track the funnel from program access and downloads through execution, customer opportunities, and revenue.
• Use partner feedback and performance data to improve, stop, scale, and automate programs while measuring agency-generated business impact.

Requirements

• Experience building one-to-many partner marketing programs adopted by hundreds or thousands of partners, with demonstrable adoption numbers.
• Experience packaging marketing for non-marketers through kits, templates, or playbooks, with an understanding of what drives execution rather than downloads.
• Understanding of small consultancies, including their limited time, budget, and marketing expertise.
• Outcome-driven measurement focused on execution and pipeline, with the ability to stop ineffective programs.
• Bias for action and ability to operate as a first hire with limited design and development support, shipping pilots quickly and improving them with real data.
• Experience running programs across several regions and segments and localising them without rebuilding from scratch.
• Professional English, as English is the company language.

Nice to have

• Experience building custom strategic marketing programs with large partners over several months or quarters.
• Agency, solutions-partner, reseller, channel, or ecosystem experience at a software company.
• Hands-on experience building workflows in hirify.global or similar automation tools.
• Experience designing field events or workshops delivered by others.
• Professional proficiency in a language beyond English.
