Senior Talent Partner (AI)

What you will do

• Own full-cycle, in-house recruiting for roles up to Director level using AI-powered sourcing, screening, scheduling, candidate communication, and recruiting metrics.
• Provide UK employment law and HR generalist expertise on employee relations, compliance, and policy matters.
• Partner with ELT-1 leaders on organisational design, job architecture, job descriptions, and talent strategy.
• Coordinate recruiting delivery with onshore and offshore support and the People Operations Specialist.
• Support global transformation projects, including organisational restructuring and labour relations guidance.

Requirements

• Full-cycle, in-house recruiting experience across mid-to-senior roles.
• UK employment law and HR generalist knowledge.
• Organisational design experience, including building job architecture and job descriptions.
• Hands-on experience building and using AI-enabled recruiting and HR tools.
• Experience managing offshore and onshore recruiting coordination.
• UK-based, with the flexibility to partner with a Spain-based People Partner and global leadership across time zones.
