Senior Recruiter

Location: Remote within the United Kingdom; immediate availability required. The account is scheduled to go live in mid-November.

What you will do

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role specifications and provide market data and recommendations.
• Develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies with internal stakeholders.
• Evaluate candidates, deliver strong shortlists, and build talent pipelines.
• Maintain timely candidate communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
• Support offer decisions using compensation guidelines and market data.
• Mentor recruiters and other team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience with demonstrated success in a corporate, RPO, or agency setting.
• Strong analytical hiring skills, using data and insights to inform decisions and drive outcomes.
• Excellent sourcing capability without relying on passive applications.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and social media tools.
• Knowledge of common human resources principles, practices, and talent acquisition metrics.
