Senior Director, Investor Relations (AI-Powered Connectivity)

Base salary: $174,876–$233,168, $183,621–$244,827, or $192,364–$256,486 depending on location.

What you will do

• Develop and execute the investor relations strategy, investment thesis, investor targeting, and external financial narrative.
• Advise the CEO, CFO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership on investor sentiment, valuation drivers, shareholder expectations, capital allocation, and market dynamics.
• Lead earnings materials and calls, investor presentations, Analyst Days, conferences, roadshows, shareholder outreach, annual meeting support, and other investor engagements.
• Translate complex technology, software, cloud business models, strategic transactions, transformation initiatives, and financial performance into clear investor communications.
• Analyze investor feedback, analyst models, peer performance, valuation trends, shareholder composition, governance, and capital markets developments.
• Build and develop a high-performing Investor Relations function while contributing hands-on to analysis, executive messaging, presentations, and earnings preparation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in Investor Relations, Finance, Treasury, Equity Research, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, Strategy, or a related capital markets discipline, including significant experience supporting enterprise software, cloud/SaaS, digital infrastructure, or high-tech publicly traded companies.
• 5+ years of leadership experience within Investor Relations, Finance, Capital Markets, or a related function, with the ability to lead teams and influence senior executives and external stakeholders.
• Significant public-company Investor Relations experience, including earnings, investor and analyst engagement, public disclosures, and executive preparation.
• Deep understanding of capital markets, valuation methodologies, financial statements, performance metrics, investor expectations, shareholder engagement, technology and software valuation metrics, and capital allocation.
• Strong knowledge of SEC regulations, Regulation FD, disclosure requirements, securities laws, and public-company reporting obligations.
• Ability to synthesize complex financial, strategic, competitive, and market information into a clear investment narrative.
• Ability to establish credibility and influence with investors, analysts, executive leadership teams, and Boards of Directors.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills, with strong business and financial acumen, analytical rigor, judgment, executive presence, and the ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• MBA, CFA, CPA, or another relevant advanced degree or professional designation.
• Experience leading Investor Relations for a publicly traded company.
• Experience in telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, or other capital-intensive industries.
• Experience supporting strategic transactions, capital raises, mergers and acquisitions, Analyst Days, or major enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Established relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
