Supply Chain Coordinator

What you will do

• Manage purchased material requirements and maintain material availability and appropriate inventory levels.
• Establish material planning methods, safety stock strategies, forecasting methods, delivery times, and subcontracting processes.
• Execute and monitor purchase orders from placement through delivery, ensuring materials reach the correct location on time.
• Monitor inventory and disposition inactive, obsolete, or excess materials.
• Track material shortages, adjust supplier delivery schedules, and communicate shortage risks to customers.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience desired.
• 1–5 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent English.
• Visa for travel to the United States.
• Working knowledge of business process improvement, analytical thinking, decision-making, problem solving, matrix management, vendor and supplier management, and procurement.
• Ability to work with suppliers to meet delivery and quality specifications, resolve routine vendor issues, and use procurement systems and tools.

• SENTRI or Global Entry for travel to the United States.
