Procurement Operations Analyist 3

Location: Tlaquepaque, Jalisco, Mexico; first shift

hirify.global is a corporation operating a Global Indirect Procurement Organization that supports procurement activities for Finance and Business Consulting.

What you will do

• Drive procurement activities covering spend management, supplier management, contracting, sourcing, and purchasing operations.
• Manage purchase requisition validation, internal purchase order risk mitigation, quality assurance, and Procure Order finalization.
• Support internal customers through the non-catalog purchasing experience and coordinate with Global Indirect Procurement category managers and process leads.
• Lead process improvement, standardization, procurement process design, and strategic or tactical initiatives.
• Monitor programs, delivery solutions, key metrics, and process-oriented tasks; identify issues and propose solutions with limited guidance.
• Manage supplier and partner process deployments, provide training and support, and collaborate on complex problem solving.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience, preferably in procurement, category management, operations, or a related field; alternatively, an advanced degree with 3–5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of accounting, category management, cost reduction, finance, invoicing, KPIs, procurement, project management, purchasing, supplier management, and supplier performance management.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
• Ability to respond to moderately complex issues within established guidelines and provide independent analytical and strategic support.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Professional in Supply Management certification.
