Supply Planner

What you will do

• Develop and implement supply plans aligned with customer demand, inventory targets, and business objectives.
• Monitor supply and inventory performance to maintain material availability while minimizing excess inventory, shortages, and disruptions.
• Manage material availability for assigned suppliers and commodities through proactive planning, supplier coordination, and issue resolution.
• Own supplier and material-category performance, including capacity risks, delivery performance, supplier adherence, and supply continuity.
• Manage material shortages, recovery plans, and blocking issues to support production continuity and minimize business impact.
• Communicate forecasts, demand changes, inventory requirements, and supply risks while collaborating with Demand Planning, Procurement, Inventory Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Engineering, and Finance.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in Supply Planning, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Procurement, or a related supply chain role.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or a related area is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including formulas, PivotTables, XLOOKUPs, reporting, and data analysis.
• Working knowledge of reporting dashboards and business intelligence tools used for planning and reporting.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, and supplier collaboration.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills with internal collaborators and external suppliers.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, problem-solving, decision-making, accountability, ownership, and dependability skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment and influence outcomes through collaboration.
