hirify.global operates in the manufacturing sector and is hiring for its spare parts procurement team.

What you will do

  • Execute procurement activities, including creating, following up on, and managing purchase orders.
  • Plan, schedule, and monitor material requirements using requisitions and MRP signals to support production and operational needs.
  • Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, delivery dates, shipment status, and routine operational issues.
  • Maintain material, supplier, planning, and purchase order data in the SAP ERP/MRP system.
  • Monitor inventory levels, support replenishment, and report on open orders, delays, and exceptions.
  • Coordinate with operations, warehouse, sourcing, and the local team to resolve supply, delivery, customs, and documentation issues.

Requirements

  • Experience in procurement, planning, supply chain operations, and related workflows.
  • Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong working knowledge of procurement planning, including MRP, inventory management, and supplier coordination.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-volume, repetitive environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in transactional work.

  • Experience working in a high-volume, process-driven environment.
