Process Mapping Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Manchester, England, United Kingdom. Hybrid working with 1–2 days per week in the Manchester office; occasional travel to the office is required. Shift work covers 5 days from Monday to Sunday, 37.5 hours per week.

What you will do

• Develop detailed end-to-end process maps for the Operations Division and design workflows to address operational gaps.
• Identify process risks, inefficiencies, and issues, then recommend solutions and risk mitigations.
• Improve processes to streamline operations, increase efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Create and deliver training for new processes and updated workflows.
• Monitor process performance using qualitative and quantitative data and adjust workflows based on feedback and business needs.
• Collaborate with IT, Compliance, customer service, and other stakeholders while using customer feedback and analytics to guide improvements.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong experience with process mapping and business process reengineering.
• Ability to analyse business processes and workflows extensively.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with 1–2 office days per week in Manchester and participate in shifts across Monday–Sunday.
