Website Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Berlin, Germany (hybrid); remote work is also possible with the stated flexibility.

hirify.global is a modular B2B payments platform providing commercial card issuing, payment accounts, FX, and spend management for businesses, fintechs, software platforms, and banks.

What you will do

• Own the website strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and overall website vision across content, performance, and event requests.
• Review incoming requests and tickets, including rough technical-feasibility assessments.
• Build and maintain Storyblok components, pages, and templates with hands-on HTML/CSS work.
• Implement technical SEO, including meta tags, structured data, sitemaps, and Core Web Vitals improvements.
• Manage GTM/GA4 tags, triggers, variables, and conversion tracking while applying funnel and landing-page best practices.
• Coordinate with Content, Design, PMM, and Engineering on data layers, CI/CD, infrastructure-level SEO, and page performance.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Storyblok or a similar headless CMS, including building, updating, and publishing pages.
• Technical web literacy sufficient to troubleshoot simple issues and clearly brief developers.
• Strong project-management skills for coordinating content, design, and performance teams.
• Ability to prioritize website improvements based on user needs and business impact.
• Experience with analytics, conversion optimization, and A/B testing, including ownership of a cross-team testing framework and roadmap.
• Working knowledge of technical SEO, accessibility, and website quality assurance.
• Ownership mentality, reliable deadline commitment, proactive risk escalation, and receptiveness to constructive feedback.
• Ability to scope technical requests and communicate clearly with Engineering about feasibility and timing.

• HTML/CSS knowledge and familiarity with GitHub.
