What you will do

• Own specific capabilities across revenue and business models, setting the vision, success metrics, and strategic direction.
• Define measurable goals, validate hypotheses, and align engineering and design partners around business outcomes.
• Adapt product strategy to changing market conditions, emerging AI capabilities, and competitor movements.
• Define minimum lovable products, launch quickly, measure impact, and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Prioritize high-leverage opportunities that improve customer and company revenue.
• Interview coaches, creators, and entrepreneurs to identify customer problems and determine what to build.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Product Manager building high-impact products.
• Strong goal orientation, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently on ambitious problems.
• Ability to make decisive, high-judgment decisions in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Awareness of market dynamics, emerging AI trends, and competitor movements.
• Strong strategic execution skills, including aligning expert teams around the best implementation approach.
• Genuine interest in speaking with customers and turning conversations into actionable insights.
• Ability to combine business intuition and data to set goals, track progress, and make product decisions.
• Systems-thinking skills and ability to design how platform components connect without writing code.
• Fluent English.
