Branch Manager - Fairhope, AL (Banking)

Location: Fairhope, AL, United States; office-based. Applicants must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.

What you will do

• Manage the branch and lead sales, service, operations, financial performance, and budgeted production goals.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios, acquire new customers, deepen relationships, and make internal referrals.
• Coach the team, resolve customer issues, develop colleagues, and lead recruitment and hiring for the assigned market.
• Develop business and community relationships, internal partnerships, and a consistent business development and calling program.
• Educate colleagues on products, services, technology, policies, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED plus at least 1 year in a goal-driven retail sales leadership role, or a Bachelor's Degree.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks are required under NMLS regulations.
• Demonstrated acumen in banking, investments, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, sales leadership, customer service, process management, coaching, colleague development, communication, and presentation.
• Ability to lead branch sales, service, operations, and financial performance across branch and digital channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfort with mobile services, online banking, and other technology.
• Knowledge of consumer and business deposit products.
• Ability to develop, influence, inspire, and motivate colleagues to increase retention.
