What you will do

• Lead and manage a dedicated team focused on the Clearwater Private Funds System.
• Develop and maintain private-funds products that provide meaningful insights and data transparency.
• Define system functionalities based on client requirements and industry best practices.
• Communicate with clients to identify improvements and resolve issues.
• Coordinate internal teams to execute the roadmap and align with business objectives.
• Provide insights on investment performance against indices, allocations, and values at risk while driving structured project management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the insurance accounting industry as a practitioner or technologist.
• Strong understanding of private markets in relation to insurance accounting.
• Background in accounting and a clear understanding of industry needs and challenges.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic approach to project management.
