Commercial Product Manager, Senior Lead - Horizon (AI)

Location: Jacksonville, Florida, United States; up to 20% travel may be required.

Salary: $125,850.00–$213,950.00 per year.

What you will do

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the core Agentic AI initiative in alignment with business objectives and client needs.
• Integrate AI-powered agents into core banking workflows, including task execution, decision support, exception management, client servicing, lending, deposits, fraud monitoring, and back-office processes.
• Prepare product plans, assess risks and opportunities, monitor market, competitor, and regulatory developments, and identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Oversee product launches, enhancements, releases, commercialization, and client satisfaction.
• Translate business problems into epics, requirements, and acceptance criteria; prioritize initiatives, manage project inventory, and align development resources.
• Lead client feedback sessions, pilots, product presentations, escalation handling, and collaboration with engineering, product, compliance, operations, executives, and strategic partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of banking experience or related banking software development experience.
• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in financial services or fintech.
• Knowledge of core banking processing and cross-application processing.
• Technical aptitude to define requirements for system-level modifications.
• Experience with Agile development processes.
• Understanding of AI product design principles, including grounding, tool orchestration, human oversight, agent autonomy, and responsible AI practices.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation concepts, including reliability, consistency, safety, and performance measurement for AI-powered experiences.
• Ability to communicate AI capabilities, limitations, risks, and tradeoffs to technical, business, executive, and client audiences.
