Principal Product Manager, GRC

Location: Remote within the United States; up to 25% travel to customers, partners, and alternative offices.

What you will do

• Shape and execute product strategy and vision for a critical GRC portfolio area.
• Validate customer challenges across taxonomy groups and develop intuitive, scalable solutions supporting acquisition, retention, and churn reduction.
• Own execution roadmaps for multiple complex products or platforms and lead data-informed product reviews.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Design, Sales, and Product Marketing on feasibility, customer experience, and go-to-market strategy.
• Translate product vision into story maps, operational roadmaps, and feature specifications.
• Mentor product managers and contribute to platform-wide strategy and go-to-market enablement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience with progressively increasing responsibilities and a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree.
• Experience taking a product from initial concept through public launch, including go-to-market execution, positioning, and cross-functional enablement.
• Experience defining and driving product vision and strategy within Agile delivery environments across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and maintain a reliable high-speed internet connection during designated remote or hybrid workdays.

Nice to have

• Master of Business Administration degree or equivalent business acumen.
• Ability to evaluate technical feasibility with engineering leaders working with microservices architectures, modern frontend stacks, cloud and infrastructure platforms, or data and AI platforms.
• Experience with Java, Go, Python, Kotlin, TypeScript, React, AWS, Kubernetes, Snowflake, Kafka, RAG, or GenAI.
• Mastery of quantitative product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Pendo; qualitative user discovery frameworks; and prioritization methods such as RICE or Kano.
• Experience launching enterprise or SaaS products.
• Ability to influence teams across engineering, design, security, and go-to-market as a platform-level thought leader.
