Senior Consultant – Geneva (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in Hong Kong, Singapore, or Sydney; flexibility to travel and adapt to changing work hours is required.

What you will do

• Deliver consulting services for Geneva and related-product implementation and upgrade projects.
• Gather business requirements, configure products, and automate and optimize client workflows.
• Prepare system and data transition plans, including historical data migration and reconciliation.
• Coordinate project status with internal and external stakeholders and build strong client relationships.
• Lead hands-on training, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support during go-live events.
• Present information to technical and non-technical audiences while managing multiple projects effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or Accounting is required.
• 8+ years of client experience in the FinTech and investment industry is required.
• Working knowledge and experience with Geneva and SS&C Recon are required.
• Deep hands-on expertise in Geneva with strong technology and business knowledge.
• Technical experience with SQL, C#, SSRS, and AI tools; infrastructure and networking knowledge is a plus.
• Business experience in Asset Management, Fund Accounting, and Transfer Agency is preferred.
• Solid knowledge of client back-office workflows and operations, general ledger, fund accounting, and trial balance.
• Excellent communication, project-management, client-management, problem-solving, analytical, organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to learn quickly, work independently and collaboratively, present to technical and non-technical audiences, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Local market knowledge for countries in APAC and fluent spoken and written English.
