Principal Technical Consultant (AI)

What you will do

• Lead technical delivery for customer implementations and transformation projects involving enterprise software, integrations, workflow automation, and AI.
• Design AI-enabled future-state workflows and identify automation opportunities that improve efficiency, user experience, and customer value.
• Lead and mentor MRI technical resources while balancing hands-on delivery responsibilities.
• Conduct technical workshops and collaborate with customer stakeholders, Sales Engineers, Project Managers, Product teams, and Consultants.
• Review solution designs for quality, scalability, security, and alignment with architectural standards.
• Support estimation, solution planning, implementation governance, capability adoption, and communication of product capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10–12+ years of experience in technical consulting or sales engineering, including proven delivery of customer-facing projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, APIs, integrations, and data migration.
• Strong data integration and analysis capabilities, including SQL, ETL processes, XML/JSON, stored procedures, reporting tools, and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance hands-on technical delivery with leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional Product, Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Engineering teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in ERP, CRM, Property Technology, Finance, HR, Supply Chain, or Enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Azure, AWS, Agile, Scrum, PMP, or equivalent certifications.
• Experience in a Professional Services or consulting environment.
