SAP S/4HANA Project Manager

Location: Primarily remote within the continental United States, with one week of onsite work per month and additional onsite attendance as needed at PA Turnpike facilities in Middletown, Pennsylvania. Must be able to report to the facility within three hours for emergencies.

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent IT workstreams across an enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA enhancement initiative.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, dependencies, governance, and deliverables.
• Coordinate internal teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, system integrators, vendors, and project sponsors.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, milestones, critical paths, cost plans, forecasts, and resource capacity plans.
• Manage project documentation, approvals, signoffs, reporting, and lessons-learned activities in accordance with PMO standards.
• Support onsite implementations, stakeholder work sessions, and system issue resolution.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of project management experience covering scope, schedule, integration, communication, vendor, and risk management.
• Experience managing SAP/ERP projects in enterprise business solutions environments.
• Experience managing complex, multi-year projects with multiple workstreams, business stakeholders, technical teams, and interconnected systems.
• Experience managing high-profile vendors and external service providers across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Expert-level experience with Microsoft Project and/or Microsoft Project Online for integrated project planning.
• PMP certification.
• Strong leadership, conflict management, negotiation, organization, coordination, written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level reporting.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, technical and business dependencies, milestones, deliverables, resources, and budgets.
• Ability to work remotely while attending onsite activities in Middletown monthly and as needed.
• Experience with enterprise-wide SAP S/4HANA implementations, enhancements, or modernization initiatives; complex cloud-based, multi-tiered, multi-client SAP environments; and interconnected enterprise applications.
• Experience coordinating integrations between SAP and systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Microsoft Dynamics 365, OnBase, Qlik Sense, AgileAssets, and financial or benefits platforms.
• Experience working with system integrators, multiple vendors, and cross-functional technical and business teams in large enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Data Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP Datasphere, SAP Service and Asset Manager, formal governance frameworks, enterprise PMO standards, integrated scheduling, resource capacity planning, and cost forecasting.
