Principal Project Manager (ERP)

Location: Hybrid in Itasca, Illinois, United States

Salary: $133,600–$178,100 annually, plus bonus

What you will do

• Plan, lead, execute, monitor, control, and close large, complex projects and programs, managing scope, resources, teams, KPIs, revenue realization, and business outcomes.
• Develop enterprise-level project strategies, governance, financial controls, forecasts, risk mitigation plans, change-request management, and implementation-methodology standards.
• Provide executive reporting, strategic insights, workshops, stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and trusted-advisor support to customers and senior leadership.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among Project Managers, Solution Architects, Leads, Sales, Customer Success, Consulting, R&D, and Unified Support.
• Drive customer value realization, Success Offerings, upselling, additional licenses, managed services, and other business-development opportunities beyond the initial contract scope.
• Mentor Project Managers, develop high-performing teams, shape consulting strategy, improve methodologies and workflows, and advance project-management practices across local, regional, and global teams.

Requirements

• University degree in a technical discipline, MBA, or equivalent professional qualification.
• 5–10 years of project-management experience.
• Experience managing ERP implementation projects, preferably full-lifecycle implementations.
• Experience working with C-level stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and the local language, both verbal and written.

• Solid knowledge of hirify.global Software and participation in hirify.global product implementations.
• Specific industry knowledge from target industries.
• Experience delivering a broad range of hirify.global Consulting Services.
• Experience conducting projects using an Agile methodology.
• Certification in PRINCE2 or Project Management Professional (PMP).
