SAP-BRIM Implementation / Project Manager

Location: Hybrid, with an average of 2 days per week in an HPE office; United States salary bands apply to California and Texas

Salary: USD 105,500–213,500 annual base salary in California; USD 92,600–213,500 in Texas

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the SAP BRIM workstream across Subscription Order Management, Convergent Charging, Convergent Invoicing, and FI-CA.
• Manage integrated plans, milestones, critical paths, scope, budgets, resources, change control, and RAID items.
• Coordinate delivery across HPE and Juniper stakeholders, system integrators, onshore and offshore teams, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPQ, CRM, entitlement, fulfillment, and migration platforms.
• Drive SIT, UAT, performance testing, defect resolution, cutover, go-live, HyperCare, business readiness, and training coordination.
• Provide executive-ready reporting and represent the workstream in governance and steering committee forums.
• Ensure compliance with audit, SOX, security, and data privacy controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT project or program management experience, including at least 5 years in the SAP ecosystem.
• Experience with 3+ full-lifecycle SAP BRIM or Hybris Billing implementations, including at least one global rollout.
• Experience delivering subscription, consumption, or as-a-service monetization in quote-to-cash or lead-to-cash environments.
• Deep knowledge of SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CPQ, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, APIs, IDocs, and data migration.
• Experience managing blended delivery teams, system integrators, budgets, fixed milestones, stakeholders, and executive communications.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale transformation, ERP migration, or post-merger integration programs.
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Scrum certification.
• Advanced degree.
