What you will do

• Provide technical leadership, guidance, instruction, coaching, and motivation to logistics material handlers on the B shift.
• Plan and coordinate loading and unloading of containers, railroad cars, and trucks, determine transport sequences, and coordinate employees and industrial trucks.
• Manage shipping and customs documentation, transport orders, rush requests, packaging checks, and transported-goods records.
• Coordinate receiving, material commissioning, warehouse inventory control, inventory audits, cycle counts, and material movements.
• Maintain accurate, timely raw-material and finished-goods transactions in HOST and investigate logistics disruptions.
• Support the logistics supervisor with production planning, shift handovers, housekeeping, safety, environmental conditions, training records, and quality-related material movements.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of receiving, high-bay, and shipping processes.
• Extensive knowledge of HOST.
• Ability to coordinate logistics employees, personnel deployment, industrial trucks, and daily material-flow activities.
• Ability to prepare and verify shipping, customs, hazardous-materials, packing-slip, and accompanying documentation.
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and resolve or escalate process disruptions.
• Ability to follow company policies, work instructions, safety requirements, and 6S practices.
