Senior Financial Analyst (TIDC)

Location: Wilmington, Ohio, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $80,000–$103,000 per year.

What you will do

• Analyze actual results against plan and prior-year performance, identify trends and variances, and recommend actions to management.
• Provide financial and analytical support for strategic and operational initiatives.
• Create and present audience-appropriate Power BI reports, dashboards, and decision-support materials.
• Support accurate financial reporting and comprehensive visibility into TIDC performance.
• Lead the standard costing process for TIDC Services, including costing models and ongoing reviews and updates.
• Partner with TIDC leadership, planning teams, and factory floor teams, and recommend business-process and policy enhancements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a financial planning and analysis role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with Power BI.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems.
• Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and apply new tools and concepts.
• Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
