Payroll Analyst II (US and Mexico Payroll)

Location: Remote, based in Mexico; approximately 5% travel for in-person customer and team connections.

What you will do

• Process multi-state US biweekly payroll in Workday, ensuring accurate calculations and data integrity.
• Coordinate with the local payroll vendor to validate inputs, review outputs, and deliver compliant Mexico payroll.
• Provide operational coverage and backup support across Americas payroll cycles.
• Conduct detailed biweekly payroll audits with US team members.
• Support internal stakeholders and resolve employee inquiries through ServiceNow within established SLAs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience processing US payroll.
• Previous Workday Payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, statutory laws, and the Fair Labor Standards Act.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Intermediate Excel proficiency.

Nice to have

• PAYO FPC or CPP certification.
• Experience with ADP Smart Compliance, OSV Sphere, or a similar platform.
