Junior Project Manager Operations (Logistics)

Location: Kleve, Germany; hybrid role with a minimum of two days per week in the office and regular on-site presence.

What you will do

• Drive and support projects developing the warehousing and service landscape across Europe.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute process improvement initiatives involving stakeholders from multiple departments and countries.
• Manage project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, governance, documentation, quality, and delivery.
• Keep stakeholders aligned and engaged, proactively address challenges, and support successful project outcomes.
• Act as the Operations contact for cross-functional projects and collaborate with the PMO using established methodologies and standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and promote sustainable operational excellence.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional experience, ideally in Operations, Warehousing, Transportation, Supply Chain, or a related environment.
• Experience supporting or leading projects in a business environment.
• Strong understanding of operational processes in warehousing, transportation, and/or logistics.
• Experience with business applications such as ERP, WMS, or TMS systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including collaboration with colleagues at all organizational levels and senior leadership.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and stay organized in a dynamic environment.
• Positive, open-minded approach with the ability to motivate and engage others.
• Fluent English.
