ERP Project Manager

Location: Cologne, Germany; full-time. Work from home may be arranged individually, including up to 20 days per year anywhere in the EU, if office presence is not required for the role.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end ERP and Enterprise Systems projects from approved business initiative through go-live and handover.
• Translate business initiatives into structured project plans and coordinate cross-functional teams, including Business Owners, Team Leads, ERP Consultants, Architects, Project and Delivery Managers, QA teams, delivery teams, and implementation partners.
• Facilitate Steering Committees and manage project scope, budgets, risks, dependencies, and decision-making.
• Coordinate predominantly internal stakeholders while managing external implementation partners and vendors when required.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies and contribute to improving project management standards across Enterprise Systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex ERP or Enterprise Systems projects.
• Experience in environments covering Finance, Supply Chain, WMS, CRM, or similar business domains.
• Experience managing large cross-functional initiatives and multiple workstreams, predominantly with internal stakeholders.
• Confidence engaging external partners when needed.
• Familiarity with Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies.
• Ability to create structure in complex environments, communicate confidently with senior stakeholders, and enable teams to deliver successful business outcomes.

Nice to have

• PRINCE2, PMP, or IPMA certification.
• Experience as a Scrum Master.
