Project Manager (ERP Automation)

Location: Hybrid, based in Munich or Cologne, Germany; minimum one month of onboarding at the Zurich headquarters followed by regular customer visits across the DACH region and in-person team visits in Zurich and at company hubs.

What you will do

• Run customer implementations end to end, including kickoff, scope, planning, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Manage several customers in parallel and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Work with customers to define processes and identify invalid process assumptions early.
• Coordinate Integrations Engineers, Technical Project Managers, and AI Automation Specialists.
• Manage scope and change requests deliberately, and hand over completed implementations to Consultants and the support organization.
• For larger programs, own delivery outcomes, wave planning, steering committees, recovery plans, and Project Manager coaching.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in consulting, technical implementation, process automation, or project management.
• Ability to run several projects simultaneously without losing control.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• Strong scope discipline, ownership, autonomy, escalation judgment, client confidence, and ability to stay structured under pressure.
