Senior Project Manager (AI/ERP Automation)

Location: Hybrid position based in Munich or Cologne, Germany; onboarding at the Zurich headquarters for at least one month, followed by regular customer visits across the DACH region and team visits to Zurich and company hubs.

What you will do

• Run customer implementations end to end, including kick-off, scope, planning, configuration, testing, and go-live.
• Manage several customers in parallel and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Coordinate Integrations Engineers, Technical Project Managers, AI Automation Specialists, Consultants, and customer stakeholders.
• Protect project scope, identify process risks, manage change requests, and escalate issues early.
• For senior-level programs, own delivery across multiple ERPs, legal entities, and countries through successive go-live waves.
• Run steering committees, lead delivery teams, coach Project Managers, and create recovery plans for off-track programs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex projects in management consulting, enterprise software implementation, or large-scale transformation delivery.
• Experience running multi-country or multi-entity programs with senior client stakeholders and executive steering committees.
• Experience leading a delivery team, not only managing a project plan.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, including translating business needs into actionable technical work.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written.
• Ability to manage scope, make decisions under pressure, and escalate risks with clear proposals.
