Requirements

• 3-6 years of legal experience in corporate/M&A practice.
• Experience with Board governance and corporate entity management.
• Proven ability to use AI tools for process improvements.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace and e-signature tools.
