Management Consulting Expert (AI)

Location: Remote; US and Canada preferred, UK and Latin America considered

Salary: $60–$120 per hour

hirify.global engages management consultants to build consulting scenarios and evaluate AI-supported business analyses and recommendations.

What you will do

• Build consulting environments using client context, business data, and reference documents.
• Design tasks covering business analysis, strategy, research synthesis, and executive recommendations.
• Use agentic AI tools to develop analyses, presentations, and supporting client-facing deliverables.
• Create task instructions and objective evaluation criteria.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management or strategy consulting.
• Proven ownership of consulting workstreams, analyses, and client-facing deliverables.
• Hands-on experience with agentic AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Cowork.

Nice to have

• Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Background in commercial due diligence, transaction strategy, or corporate carve-outs.
• Experience developing review standards, training materials, or AI evaluation benchmarks.
• Availability for 20+ hours per week.
