Service Design & Business Transformation Consultant (AI)

Location: Based in the Greater Toronto Area with the ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week at the downtown Toronto office, Canada.

What you will do

• Contribute to business and digital transformation engagements for public and private sector clients.
• Lead or support stakeholder interviews, workshops, user research, and journey mapping.
• Apply service design, human-centered design, digital transformation, and AI adoption methodologies.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative insights and develop actionable recommendations.
• Facilitate client and stakeholder workshops and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare client presentations and executive deliverables, and support proposals and business development for the GTA market.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of relevant professional experience, including at least 2 years in consulting, a service agency, or a creative agency.
• Experience delivering projects combining business and digital transformation with service design or experience consulting.
• Strong facilitation, communication, analytical, and storytelling skills.
• Experience using AI tools in consulting engagements and advising or supporting clients with AI selection, use, and adoption.
• Based in the Greater Toronto Area and able to work onsite 2–3 days per week in downtown Toronto.
• Eligible to obtain a Government of Canada Reliability Security Clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience working with public sector organizations.
• Bilingual English/French proficiency.
• Current or previous Government of Canada Security Clearance at Reliability or Secret Level II.
• Experience delivering consulting engagements within the Canadian public sector.
