AI Strategy Manager

Location: Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain; hybrid workplace.

What you will do

• Lead AI strategy engagements end-to-end, translating strategic vision into actionable transformation programs.
• Coordinate consulting, data, and AI engineering teams to deliver high-quality executive outcomes and measurable ROI.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with working-level and senior client stakeholders and facilitate executive decision-making.
• Own commercial performance within engagements, including account growth, proposal development, scoping, and pre-sales activities.
• Manage and develop consulting team members through coaching, structured feedback, and performance oversight.
• Contribute to practice growth, thought leadership, case studies, and consulting methodology development.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in AI, Data, Digital Strategy, Management Consulting, or a related field, including significant experience leading complex strategy engagements.
• Proven track record of developing and executing AI and Data strategies from vision and roadmap through implementation and value realization.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, data platforms, and emerging AI technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
• Strong strategic and analytical abilities, including creative problem-solving on complex issues.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, plus strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Self-starter with a proven track record of breaking new ground and creating value.
• Background in Data Science, ML, or Computer Science.
• Fluent English.
