Associate IT Project Manager (Infrastructure)

Location: Remote work from Ohio; work at home in Columbus, OH 43202.

What you will do

• Coordinate multiple small projects for the IS department using the IS PMO methodology.
• Track project tasks, support project teams, and serve as the single point of contact for assigned projects.
• Manage project reporting, communications, documentation, and the intake process through successful execution.
• Collaborate with IS resources to maintain effective communication throughout project lifecycles.
• Support PMO portfolio analysis and maintenance, including creating and distributing portfolio reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–4 years of experience in an analytical staff position in business, finance, or healthcare administration.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Project, MS Word, and Excel.
• Familiarity with project management concepts and practices and process improvement disciplines.
• Ability to extract project data and create visual aids using MS PowerPoint, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, and/or Visio.
• Experience working on teams.
