Senior IT Project Manager (Healthcare IT)

What you will do

• Plan, execute, and deliver high-priority, complex technical projects for enterprise healthcare and senior care clients.
• Manage internal and external project teams, milestones, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Lead project meetings and manage status reporting, risk management, stakeholder updates, and project communications.
• Translate technical requirements between project teams and stakeholders and maintain cross-functional alignment.
• Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, conduct post-project reviews, and support continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior project managers and provide technical and project management guidance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in technical project management supporting enterprise-level clients.
• Experience delivering complex MSP, Cloud, and Cyber projects on time and within budget, including onboardings, migrations, and offboardings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and drive results across all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated success managing budgets, schedules, and resource planning in fast-paced, evolving environments.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with healthcare clients and cross-functional internal partners.
• Experience managing multiple competing priorities and re-prioritizing as needed.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, and Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Project or IT certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma, CompTIA, or ITIL.
• ConnectWise experience.
