Internal Reporting & AI Operations Coordinator (AI)

What you will do

• Improve operational efficiency through process optimization, automation, and new technologies.
• Understand the data warehouse and align data flows with reporting requirements.
• Support reports and data-driven solutions using Power BI and Google Sheets.
• Identify opportunities for AI-powered process improvements and support the adoption and communication of AI tools across back-office teams.
• Collaborate on chatbots, AI agents, and automated workflows.
• Support data governance, IAM, GDPR, DORA, ISO, and other IT and Operations initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in business operations, project management, consulting, business analysis, or data analysis.
• University degree or equivalent higher education qualification.
• Experience in project management and coordinating internal processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with a supportive, team-oriented attitude.
• Interest in AI tools and emerging technologies, with an understanding of their practical applications.
• Ability to create and manage AI workflows, agents, chatbots, skills, and governance.
• Hands-on experience with Claude, Gemini, and ChatGPT.
• Technical affinity, systems-thinking, interest in data analysis and reporting, and a basic understanding of data warehouses.
• Process-oriented, detail-focused, proactive, flexible, and able to solve problems and experiment with new solutions; confident English communication and an easy-going attitude.

Nice to have

• Power BI or dashboard development experience.
• Familiarity with BigQuery or other data warehouse technologies.
• Experience using AI to write Python code or interpret AI-generated code.
• Familiarity with Visual Studio Code and GitHub.
