Senior Automation Business Analyst (AI)

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid working

Salary: Ft15 680 000,00–Ft23 520 000,00 per year

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with developers on automation solutions.
• Manage global automation projects across RPA, AI/ML, Power Automate, and Intelligent Document Processing platforms.
• Analyze processes, identify automation opportunities, and create comprehensive documentation.
• Lead stakeholder relationships, define business cases, and manage project risks across functions.
• Support solution development through testing strategies, user acceptance testing, and business guidance.
• Develop automation policies and standards and maintain a knowledge base for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in automation projects as a business analyst, data scientist, or project manager.
• Understanding of RPA platforms, preferably Automation Anywhere, Microsoft Power Platform, AI frameworks, and enterprise systems.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Experience in Finance, HR, Procurement, or other business functions.
• PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 certification.
• Agile/Scrum experience.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.
