AI Solutions & Process Automation Trainee for Global Procurement & Supply Chain

Location: Budapest, Hungary; hybrid work arrangement with remote work possible and in-person presence required from time to time.

What you will do

• Contribute to the AI and digitalization roadmap for Global Procurement & Supply Chain.
• Analyze existing processes and identify AI use cases that improve efficiency, automate activities, and strengthen knowledge management.
• Develop, test, and continuously improve AI-based prototypes and workflows, including assistants, chatbots, automations, and AI agents.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing processes, systems, and data sources through APIs and low-code/no-code platforms.
• Track, evaluate, and document AI initiatives and share solutions through presentations, guidelines, training sessions, and workshops.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable degree program.
• Good German and English language skills.
• Strong interest in generative AI, large language models, AI agents, process automation, and digitalization.
• Initial practical experience with AI technologies and tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI APIs, LangChain, or comparable solutions.
• Basic programming and interface skills, ideally in Python or JavaScript, and experience working with REST APIs.
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style, with enthusiasm for sharing ideas.

Nice to have

• Experience with low-code/no-code solutions.
